This edited volume aims to establish Entrepreneurial Career and Life Design (ECLD) as an emerging field at the intersection of entrepreneurship education, personal development, and life design. It provides a scholarly foundation, showcases practical applications, and offers inspiration and guidance for integrating ECLD into diverse educational and organizational contexts. The book seeks to (1) define and explore the intersection of Life Design and Entrepreneurship, (2) introduce ECLD as a new research and practice field, and (3) present empirical insights and evaluate impact.
