FGF Guiding Principles for the Use of AI at G-Forum
This guideline applies to all G-Forum submissions (full papers, abstracts, posters, and practice contributions) and aims to ensure that AI is used responsibly, transparently, and in line with academic integrity.
For Authors
We encourage the use of modern technologies such as AI and want to enable everyone to learn from your application.
Thus:
- AI may assist with writing and clarity but cannot replace human judgment.
- Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy, validity, and originality of their work.
- The AI-supported production of tables, figures, and analyses must be disclosed.
For Reviewers
- Rely on your own expertise; AI cannot replace independent assessment.
- Do not upload manuscript content to external AI tools.
- AI may be used only to improve the clarity or language of your review text.
