Objectives and tasks of the Advisory Board
The FGF endeavors to regularly and intensively exchange ideas with practitioners. The aim is to improve the framework and environment for entrepreneurship, German Mittelstand and innovation. The Advisory Board supports the FGF in its work and has the following tasks:
- Providing talking points from industry for research into entrepreneurship, German Mittelstand and innovation (e.g. identifying relevant topics)
- Supporting the work of the FGF in communicating the results of research into start-ups and medium-sized enterprises to the media
- Improving public awareness and public relations of the FGF as a mouthpiece of science for those involved in start-ups, German Mittelstand and innovation policy
- Facilitating networking of the FGF with those involved in entrepreneurship, German Mittelstand and innovation policy
- Facilitating knowledge transfer of research into practical entrepreneurship, German Mittelstand and innovation
- Promoting cooperation between the FGF and the sphere of politics, other relevant associations and businesses
