This special issue seeks to advance a more holistic understanding of both the costs of entrepreneurship and the mechanisms that help mitigate or overcome them. Contributions are encouraged that go beyond documenting the dark side and explicitly address how the negative consequences of entrepreneurship can be reduced, buffered, or transformed into opportunities for growth and well-being.
Theoretical, conceptual, and empirical papers from entrepreneurship, psychology, organizational behavior, management, and related fields are welcome.
